At SplineDynamics we have started expanding our tools ecosystem into Blender, bringing the same focus on productivity, automation, and clean workflows that define our 3ds Max tools.
Our Blender add-ons are specialized in procedural modeling based on curves, aiming to boost efficiency in areas such as:
- Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) – clean curve-based extrusions and technical modeling.
- 3D Logo & Graphic Design – fast and precise generation of 3D shapes from vector artwork.
- Motion Graphics – flexible, procedural tools for creating dynamic visual assets.
First Release: ECM – Extrude Curve Modifier
Our first Blender add-on is ECM – Extrude Curve Modifier, a free and lightweight modifier that turns any curve into a 3D mesh in a fully non-destructive and procedural way, powered by Geometry Nodes.
ECM is perfect for:
- Quickly extruding vector logos and 2D shapes.
- Converting CAD drawings and architectural floorplans into 3D geometry.
- Keeping curves editable and flexible until the very last stage.
Stay tuned! More curve-based procedural add-ons for Blender are already in development.
